Skip your next loan payment

During these uncertain times, we understand it can sometimes be hard to make ends meet. To provide some relief, we have updated our Skip-A-Month service to allow more members to skip an upcoming loan payment.

How to Skip-A-Payment

Skipping a payment is easy. You can request a skip within online banking, our mobile app, or by giving us a call. If you should login to online banking or the mobile app and not see your loan listed, such as your mortgage loan, please contact us.

  • Online Banking Instructions:

    • Log on to Online Banking
    • Select Payments Tab
    • Select Skip Payment
    • Select the loan from the list
    • Follow the on screen instructions
  • Mobile App Instructions

    • Login to the Park Mobile App
    • Select Payment from the menu on the left
    • Select Skip Payment
    • Choose your loan and follow the instructions
  • Call Us Instructions:

    • Give us a call at 502-968-3681
    • Select option 3 for questions about an existing loan
  • ATTENTION: As of March 21, 2020, most eligibility requirements for the Skip-A-Month service has been temporarily waived. If you were not eligible previously or recently skipped a payment, you may still be eligible.

    You must meet the following conditions in order to qualify:

    • You must make at least six monthly payments before requesting to skip a month.
    • You cannot have been more than thirty days delinquent on any loan within the last twelve months.
    • All of your loans must be current.
    • You may only choose to skip the next regularly scheduled payment and not future payments.
    • Not all loan types are eligible for skipped payments.
    • Other restrictions may apply.
