Park Earns Diamond Award for Storytelling and Impact in 2024 Annual Report

Park Community Credit Union has been named a recipient of a Diamond Award — one of the credit union industry’s most prestigious honors — presented by America’s Credit Unions Marketing, PR & Development Council. The annual awards recognize excellence in marketing, public relations, and member engagement across credit unions nationwide.

Park was recognized in the Publications & Content category for its 2024 Annual Report, which showcased the credit union’s commitment to clear, compelling storytelling and its ongoing focus on the people and communities it serves.

At the heart of the report was a simple idea: clarity builds trust. When members can clearly see impact, purpose, and performance together, the story resonates more deeply.

This year’s competition was the largest on record, with 1,481 submissions from credit unions across the country. Only 181 organizations were selected as winners, with a total of 330 awards presented — highlighting the high level of creativity, strategy, and effectiveness across the industry.

“We are proud to recognize Park Community and this year’s Diamond Award winners for their entries that deliver both creativity and results,” said Lorrell Bellotti, Diamond Awards Co-chair and Chief Marketing Officer at Western Vista FCU in Cheyenne, Wyoming. “These entries demonstrate an understanding of the people we serve and strategic execution that delivers measurable impact.”

For Park, this recognition reflects more than a single report. It reinforces a broader commitment to transparency, storytelling, and helping members better understand their financial journey and the impact of their credit union.
