Parksgiving

Join Park in helping feed local families this Thanksgiving!

There is so much to be thankful for this time of year, and so many have the luxury of a warm meal to gather and enjoy with their family. Unfortunately, in some of our most marginalized communities, a Thanksgiving meal is not a possibility. At Park, we have a goal to feed at least 100 families this Thanksgiving, and we need your help. From now until November 13 in our branches, we will be collecting shelf stable items such as boxed stuffing, boxed mashed potatoes, canned corn, canned sweet potatoes, marshmallows and cranberry sauce in branches, along with monetary donations towards perishable items like turkeys and pies.

Our team will pack and deliver at least 100 meal kits to families in our Louisville, Bluegrass, and Southern Indiana regions the week leading up to Thanksgiving. The more donations we receive, the more meals we can provide, so any and all donations are appreciated.

Feeding local families will take the collective effort and collaboration of our team and members alike, a united Park effort. We call our program Parksgiving, because it is a united focus of us all to empower our underserved communities together to meet our mission.  Thank you in advance for your donations and support. We are excited to share our journey as we collect, pack, and deliver meals!
