Commitment to Safety

At Park Community, the health and safety of our entire community is our top priority. On this page, we will be sharing updates with our members and employees about our health and safety guidelines related to COVID-19, as well as options that are available to help prevent further spread of the virus.

Branch Closures

03/25/20 – Beginning March 26th, in an effort to maintain social distancing as a preventative measure for Covid-19, we have made the difficult, but necessary, decision to close our lobbies. Our drive-thru service will remain open and ready to serve you. If you feel you need access to your branch lobby, please call us at 502.968.3681 or 800.626.2870 and we will be more than happy to discuss your needs. Our ATMs and ITMs also remain open for your convenience.

03/16/20 – 3pm- Beginning March 17th, in an effort to maintain social distancing as a preventive measure for Covid-19, we are temporarily limiting our lobby access. If you do require in-person attention, please call the number noted on the branch office door and someone will come to assist you. Our drive-thru services remain open for any transaction you may need. Our ATMs and ITMs also remain open.

Available Options

To help prevent further spread of COVID-19, there are many options available to do your banking online.

  • Online Banking – Access to your funds is available 24/7 using Online Banking from your computer. To register, just select “Sign Up” in the login area on the home page of Park’s website.

 

  • Mobile App – If you haven’t already, download our Park Community Mobile App here: (iPhone | Android) On our app, you can do things like:
  • Check account balances
  • Review Transactions
  • Deposit Checks
  • Transfer money between your Park accounts
  • Apply for a loan
  • Pay your bills
  • Text us

  • ITM/ATM – All branches are equipped with either standard ATMs or ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) that allow you to do transactions over video conference with a Park representative without having to go into a branch.

 

  • DIAL – Our free, 24/7 Bank by Phone service, where you can access your account information at any time. It’s easy-to-use, and all you need is your member number and a DIAL access code.

  • Outside these local calling areas: 800.527.DIAL (3425)
