Park Community Credit Union - COVID19

Commitment to Safety

At Park Community, the health and safety of our entire community is our top priority. Therefore, we recommend that any person entering a branch wear a mask or face covering for the foreseeable future. On this page, we will be sharing updates with our members and employees about our health and safety guidelines related to COVID-19, as well as options that are available to help prevent further spread of the virus.

Although we are slowly returning to normal operations, we are not out of the woods yet.  We all must stay vigilant and disciplined in slowing the spread of COVID-19. Park will continue to put the health and well-being of our co-workers, our members, and the community ahead of all other interests as we make decisions. If you are feeling unwell, please do not visit the credit union branch, and take advantage of our online banking channels instead.

Be sure to check this page out regularly, as our course of action may rapidly change based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local public health authorities.

Please be aware of an increase in scams and how you can protect yourself from fraud.

In accordance with CDC guidelines, we STRONGLY recommend any person entering a branch, despite vaccination status, wear a mask or face covering.

Here is what to expect when entering a branch:
  • Lobbies will be closed on Saturday’s until further notice. Drive Thru and ITM service will remain open.
  • During operational hours, lobbies will be open with limited capacity. That number will be different for each branch. The maximum capacity in each lobby is a function of that lobby’s size and its ability to keep people standing at least 6 feet apart from one another. There will be 6-foot spacing stickers on the floors. When we are above capacity, members will be asked to wait outside and invited to enter in the order of their arrival.
  • There will be plexiglass screens installed at each teller station and member service desk.
  • Every Park employee will undergo a mandatory health screening before they report to work; as well as get their temperature taken prior to entering the building. Any who are experiencing any relevant symptoms, have been exposed to high-risk situations due to travel, and/or have knowledge of any exposure to the virus will be asked to stay home from work.
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided.
  • A thorough cleaning of branch lobbies and surfaces will occur frequently.
