Can I still use my VISA® credit card?
No, as of May 18, 2026, VISA® credit cards can no longer be used for new transactions, regardless of the expiration date on your card. Activate your new Mastercard® credit card to continue making purchases without interruption.
Is the new Mastercard® credit card contactless?
Yes, all cards will be contactless (opt-out is not available).
When is my Mastercard® credit card payment due?
Your first Mastercard® billing statement with transaction history will be issued in July 2026, with a due date of August 2, 2026. Going forward, all credit card payments will be due on the 2nd of each month. Statements will close on the 5th of each month as part of a standardized billing cycle.
You will not receive another VISA® statement.
Will interest accrue prior to receiving my next billing statement?
No interest will be accrued between May 18 and July 5 on new purchases. Interest accrual will resume on July 6, 2026.
Has my purchase rate changed?
No, your purchase rate remains the same.
Will I lose my VISA® credit card rewards?
No. Your current rewards will transfer to Park Rewards, and you will continue earning points on qualifying purchases. The new rewards site is expected to launch in summer 2026. We will share more information as it becomes available.
Will my VISA® automatic payment transfer to my new Mastercard® credit card?
No, any members who were set up with an automatic payment to their VISA® will need to set up a new automatic payment for their Mastercard®. If you have merchants set up to automatically bill your VISA® card, be sure to provide them with your new Mastercard® number to avoid missed payments or service interruptions.

I received a billing notice showing a loan number. What does this mean?
All credit card accounts have been assigned a loan number for system and processing purposes. This loan number is different from the number printed on your credit card(s).
For the most accurate balance and payment information, refer to your digital banking account.
Will all cardholders receive a new card and number(s)?
Yes, all cardholders received a new card and will need to activate it before use. In some cases, activation may require the primary account holder’s phone number or account information.
Note: Mastercard® cards have unique card numbers for each cardholder, all linked to the same account.
Why don’t I see all my credit card transactions?
Some VISA® transactions may not appear in digital banking due to our weekend system update (May 15 – early morning May 18). These transactions are expected to appear by the end of day May 22, 2026.
