Here at Park, our members are first and foremost. And with this well-deserved refresh, this site has been made more intuitive and easier to use. Our navigation has been scaled down to feature the products and information most useful to you. And quick, single-click access to chat, locations, search and best of all, online banking.

Frequently Asked Questions

With this new site, may come questions.

  • Now easier than ever, online banking remains in the top right corner labeled “Login”. This feature follows you throughout the site so you can log in when you’re ready.

  • Utilizing the updated dropdown menus, or login box, you can make a one-time personal or auto loan payment from another financial institution.

  • In the top right navigation, the pin drop icon is a click away to all the branches in the area. Broken down by regions of Louisville Metro, Bluegrass, and Southern Indiana, you can find the addresses, contact information, and phone numbers for each.

  • In the top right navigation, with the messenger icon, you’re lead to all the necessary contact info to speak or message a Park representative.

    Also, choose “Chat Online” to chat with us in real time.

  • With our updated site-wide search in the top right corner, you can search for any topic and directly go to the page you need. Whether that’s the right loan for you, more information about opening an account, or just the closest branch.
