Frequently Asked Questions
Has the website address changed?
No changes there! You’ll still find us at parkcommunity.com.
Can I still access Online Banking the same way?
Our online banking functionality is staying the same. On the new website, you’ll simply click “Login” in the top right corner and continue like you always have. No need to change your username or password.
Is the mobile app changing?
No changes here, either! You’ll continue using the same mobile app to access your accounts on your device. Log in with the same username and password.
I’ve stored my username and password in my browser, will my browser continue to fill in my login information?
This will depend on your computer’s browser settings. We encourage you to ensure you know your current username and password in case the new site requires you to enter it.
