Why the change?

It is our mission to provide Park members with exceptional service and a full range of financial products. As your needs change, so do our services. We heard your call for a seamless digital banking experience and we are here to deliver. To provide this experience we need to update our digital banking systems.

What should you do to prepare for the conversion?

  1. Verify your contact information: Confirm your mailing address, phone number, and email address by logging into the current online banking system or by reviewing your statements. To update your information, get in touch with us here.
  2. Mark your calendar: The upgrade will take place on Wednesday, September 15.
  3. Check your inbox: We will keep you in the loop every step of the way. Keep an eye out for emails from Park Community.
  4. Download our new mobile banking app: To ensure you don’t lose access, you must download our new app on Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
  5. Check out our tutorial videos: Prior to the launch we will create several videos outlining new digital banking features. These video resources will be designed to make your transition to the new system as smooth as possible.

  • We are replacing the existing online and mobile banking systems with a brand new digital banking system.

  • Park Community wants to bring you the best digital banking experience possible. It should be easy, convenient, and give you the latest in time and money-saving features. To do this, it’s time to upgrade!

  • Yes, it is. Security is a top priority of Park to ensure that your financial information is safe and secure.

  • Yes. When you register for the new digital banking system, there will be a simple process to create a new username and password.

  • You will create a new username when you register for the new digital banking system.

  • You will create a new password when you register for the new digital banking system.

     

  • For additional security, joint account holders will each have their own individual username and passwords.

  • Your bill pay will not be affected. Any payees and bills you have scheduled for payment will carry over to the new digital banking system.

  • Your transfers will not be affected. Any transfers you have between Park accounts will carry over to the new digital banking system.

  • On the morning of Wednesday, September 15, 2021, you will go to the login area of parkcommunity.com or the new Park mobile app and select “Register”. You will then be guided through a simple process to identify yourself and create your new username and password. That’s it! You will then have access to the new system.

  • You will be able to access your statements from within the new digital banking system by clicking on the eDocuments option in the menu.

  • Yes. There will be no impact to your old statements.

     

  • No. There will be no impact on your automated deposits during this upgrade.

  • Yes. There will be a new Park Community mobile banking app available on September 15.

    Apple: For iOS Apple devices, the new Park mobile app will replace your existing app. If you have automatic app updates activated, this should happen automatically for you. To download the app for the first time, click here. 

    Android: For Android devices, you will need to delete your existing Park Community app and download the new app from the Google Play Store here.
