Digital Banking & Mobile App

With Park Community’s Digital Banking & Mobile App, you can do your banking at home home, on the go, in the office, or anywhere there’s a web connection. It’s free to all members and it is available 24/7. Members can check balances, pay bills, transfer funds, and more – including Mobile Check Deposit.

Direct Deposit & Payroll Deduction

Direct Deposit and Payroll Deductions offer many advantages. They’re convenient, fast, safe, and reliable. Plus, you have options. Direct Deposit allows you to distribute your entire paycheck into one or several accounts, whereas Payroll Deduction allows you to use only a portion of your check for making deposits, paying off loans, or putting a monthly sum into a Holiday or Vacation account.

Most employer payroll services allow you to quickly switch direct deposits and payroll deductions online. You can also contact your employer to request a change and take advantage of Park Community’s Direct Deposit and Payroll Deduction services today.

Digital Documents (eStatements)

Skip a trip to the mailbox and save a buck by utilizing digital documents. Click the ‘Digital Documents’ tab within digital banking, select your account, set any preferences, and your statements are ready to view or send to your email inbox – it’s that simple!

Interactive Teller Machine

An ITM is an interactive teller machine, which offers the convenience of an ATM with the flexibility and service of a live, remote teller. Accessible at all our branch locations.

Shared Branching

Shared Branching allows Park Community members to bank from thousands of convenient locations all over the US. This is possible through our participation in the CO-OP Shared Branch program.

Whether you’re on a business trip, vacation, or just traveling around town, you can use nearly 30,000 surcharge-free CO-OP ATMs and more than 5,000 CO-OP Shared Branch credit union locations to make in-person transactions, just like at your home branch.

To find a Shared Branch near you, simply apply “CO-OP Shared Branch” in the left side menu on our Location Search page.

When you’re traveling to other cities, you can walk into any of our shared branches and do your banking with them. All you need to do is:

  • Tell them you are a Park Community Member
  • Have your account number handy
  • Show them a valid ID

Trusted Contact

A trusted contact is someone who you trust: a family member, close friend or attorney who can confirm your current contact information or discuss red flags on your account with you, such as unusual activity.

A trusted contact is an added layer of protection to help keep your accounts safe and assist in protecting against financial fraud. The Trusted Contact allows members to prevent fraud and scams without giving up control of their finances.
