Fraudsters are spoofing our phone number and calling members to advise them of unauthorized activity. Since they have your trust with caller ID appearing as Park, they ask for information which allows them to compromise your account. If you receive a call from 502.968.3681 and they report fraud on your account, hang up and call us back directly.
