Park Commits to Being a Cybersecurity Champion 

October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month, a time dedicated to teaching people simple ways to protect themselves online. To assist in this effort, Park Community is proud to share guidance and resources to help you and your family stay safe.

The Core 4: Small Steps That Make a Big Difference 

This year’s Cybersecurity Awareness Month theme, Stay Safe Online, focuses on Core 4. These are four simple actions anyone can take to improve online safety. Throughout the month, Park Community will reinforce the Core 4 in the form of checklists and challenges that make it easy to put these four steps into practice. 

  1. Use strong passwords and a password manager 
  2. Turn on multifactor authentication 
  3. Recognize and report phishing 
  4. Update your software
