Living Our Mission: How Park is Showing Up for Our Communities

At Park Community, our mission isn’t just something we say; it’s something we do. Every day, our team shows up in the communities we serve with bold compassion, inclusive excellence, and an unwavering belief in people. This past quarter, we deepened that commitment through hands-on service, meaningful partnerships, and powerful volunteerism that reflects who we are and what we stand for.

Empowering Through Action: All Employee Volunteer Program

This spring, our All-Employee Volunteer Program was in full bloom. Every Park employee is given dedicated time each year to step outside of their day-to-day work and into community spaces where they can make a difference. From mentoring students to packing meals and beautifying neighborhoods, our teams have contributed hundreds of hours in service and built even stronger connections in the process.

Starting Strong: New Hire Volunteer Program with Leadership

We also introduced a new tradition that speaks volumes about our culture: every new hire now kicks off their journey at Park by volunteering alongside our executive leadership team. It’s more than just an introduction, it’s a hands-on way to experience what it means to live the Park VIBE from day one. Together, new team members and senior leaders rolled up their sleeves at local nonprofits, demonstrating our shared values and collective impact in action.

A Future Fueled by Community

Whether it’s through financial education, volunteer service, or collaborative programs with local partners, we continue to be guided by one core purpose: to empower communities, fuel dreams, and cultivate belonging. This work isn’t extra, it’s essential.

Thank you to every Park team member who gave their time, heart, and energy to serve this quarter. The difference you’re making is real, and it’s only just the beginning.
