That’s why we are proud to celebrate the recognition of our Vice President of Credit Administration, Robbie Brown, as a 2026 Dream Maker Award recipient at the Amped Dream Maker Awards.
Hosted annually by Amped Louisville (Adventurous Minds Produce Extraordinary Dreams), the Dream Maker Awards celebrates graduating students from the Amped Music Academy, aspiring entrepreneurs, community leaders, partners, and organizations that are helping create brighter futures across Louisville.
This year, Amped honored Robbie for his leadership and commitment to strengthening the community through financial empowerment, workforce development, and creating opportunities that help individuals and families thrive.
“Through his leadership and partnership, Robbie continues to invest in people, support economic growth, and inspire positive change throughout our community,” said Dave W. Christopher Sr., president and founder of Amped.
While accepting the award, Robbie redirected the recognition to the Amped team and the work they do every day to support young people and underserved communities.
“You all are the true dream makers of this community, and those of us in this room are really just here supporting you, supporting the mission, and doing everything we can to help give you the confidence to show up every day for these young people and the people in the community that need us,” he said.
His remarks reflect the spirit of partnership that has defined Park’s relationship with Amped and a shared belief that meaningful change happens when communities come together to invest in people.
Park was also proud to support this year’s Dream Maker Awards as a sponsor, continuing a partnership focused on creating opportunities for young people and underserved communities throughout Louisville.
A Partnership Rooted in Opportunity
For years, Park has partnered with organizations like Amped that are creating pathways to success through education, entrepreneurship, workforce development, and innovation.
In 2024, Park Community joined community leaders and partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Amped Russell Station Tech and Learning Center. Designed to provide technology training, career development opportunities, and access to high-growth industries, the center represents a significant investment in Louisville’s future workforce.
When the project needed short-term capital to move forward, Park stepped in to help. Through funding made possible by the Emergency Capital Investment Program (ECIP), Park provided support that helped bring the vision to life and advance Amped’s mission of expanding access to education, technology, and workforce opportunities.
Robbie’s recognition as a Dream Maker reflects something both Park and Amped believe deeply: lasting impact happens when people and organizations come together to invest in the success of others.
Park and Amped are continuing to grow their partnership, with additional initiatives and opportunities planned for the coming year that will further support our community.
